A bar hidden behind a record store. A trip back in time to the prohibition era in the 1920s in the United States. Since the opening of Alphonse Bar at the Westin Hotel, Lima has a unique space where you can enjoy good food and drink. It also offers an immersive experience inspired by the most innovative and creative bars in the world.

The speakeasy based on the character that inspires its name, Alphonse “Al” Capone, and on the real and fictional culture of the mafia, is constantly renewing its menu. Its latest creation is “Alphonse Fellas,” a proposal that offers an immersive experience based on the iconic gangsters and mafia capos.

This menu includes six signature cocktails, such as Big Pauly, made with cinzano rosso vermouth, limoncello, absinthe and tonic water; Bonnie & Clyde, a mix of vodka with citrus and red fruits; and Vito, with bourbon and bacon, a reference to the mythical Godfather. In addition, there is a special section called Italian Mob, which offers creative variants of the negroni (worth trying the zamboni or zagroni, for example), and other classic cocktails with a very Alphonse twist

The snacks are also part of this sophisticated proposal: from cold cuts and mini burgers to delicious fusions such as loche tempura or nigiri “a lo pobre”. The new menu, combined with the suggestive decoration, the warm lighting and the music (including live performances), make Alphonse Bar an unmissable spot that invites you to celebrate the night in style.
