CLAIM: Dissatisfaction related to products or service.

COMPLAINT: Dissatisfaction not related to the products or service, discomfort or discontent regarding customer service.

*The elaboration of this complaint does not impede the customer to resort to different means or entities for a solution, nor is it a requirement to file a demand before INDECOPI.
*The service provider must respond to this complaint within fifteen (15), non-extendable, business days.
