(hereinafter, INTURSA), which is in harmony with the current regulations on Personal Data Protection (Law No. 29733 and Supreme Decree 003-2013-JUS). This Policy applies to all processing of personal data by INTURSA and also applies to those persons or companies to whom INTURSA entrusts the processing of personal data for which it is responsible.
3. About the type of information collected
INTURSA collects personal information related to name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, and other information necessary to fulfill the purposes detailed below. On our website, through virtual forms contained in sections such as: “Leave us your message”, “Subscribe”, “Contact us”, and “ Complaint Book”; you provide us with your data. Likewise, we inform you that this information will be stored in our data banks called “Complaints Book ‘ or ’Stakeholders” property of INTURSA.
On the other hand, to send you advertising and commercial prospecting information, you may give us your express authorization through the checkboxes implemented in our consent forms; without your authorization, INTURSA will refrain from sending you this type of email.
4. Purpose of Personal Information Processing
The purposes of processing personal data that our customers enter in the various forms on the website are aimed at managing answers to their queries and requests and paying attention to any other type of information they require.
The personal data you provide to us is used for the following purposes:

To attend to all the requirements and formalities derived from the contractual relationship with INTURSA;
Establish an effective means of communication to obtain a response to the quotations made for any service requested from the hotels owned by INTURSA;

Communicate information about promotions, benefits, contests, offers, and, in general, advertise INTURSA services;
To conduct satisfaction surveys, demand studies, and media effectiveness surveys, among others, related to INTURSA’s activities.
5. About Access to Information
You hereby authorize us to share and entrust the processing of your personal information to third parties (whether national or international companies) that provide us with services to improve our activities.
In these cases, INTURSA will ensure that the processing of your data is limited to the purposes authorized above, that it is kept confidential and that appropriate security measures are implemented.

6. Term for Processing personal Data
The personal data processed by INTURSA will be stored for an indefinite period of time to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Policy, according to the database involved or until you request its cancellation or deletion.

Personal data provided by clients will be treated with total confidentiality. INTURSA undertakes to maintain professional secrecy with respect to the same and guarantees the duty to keep them by adopting all necessary security measures.

Customers and web users who have provided their personal data to INTURSA may contact the undersigned, in order to exercise their rights to information, access, updating, inclusion, rectification and suppression, to prevent the provision of their personal data, to oppose the processing or objective processing of data, under the terms set forth in the Peruvian legislation in force.
